Child Porn Arrest: Hudson Valley Man Charged With 4 Counts

A Hudson Valley man was charged with four counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child following a tip to police.

Dutchess County resident Efrain Negron, age 28, of Fishkill, was charged on Thursday, Aug. 31, said Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police.

After receiving a law enforcement tip, an investigation by the members of the State Police Wappinger Bureau of Criminal Investigation determined Negron was in possession of child pornography, Hicks said.

Negron was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Fishkill Court on Tuesday, Sept. 12.
